We were very close to Closing with another Lender but at the last minute they decided there was an issue to resolve causing us to almost lose the deal on this property. Communication is at the top of my list of priorities in any relationship, especially when I need information. Mr. Veech and his staff were excellent communicators, responded quickly, explained all the "whys" to me as I often asked and needed more detailed explanations. Buying a home was not easy in this market, and my situation was unique. Mr. Veech and his staff were informative, patient and kind throughout the process, and most importantly got the job done right.
