The team was very friendly and pro active from day one. They understood the urgency ( my closing date was set for within 30 days) and worked very hard to meet the timeline. I'm a first time home buyer and from the beginning Bob and his team were on top of it all. He was very patient and clear in explaining the process and timeline. The entire thing was pretty smooth and the few hiccups there were, he sorted them out immediately! Everyone on is team was very responsive to emails and calls. You know you are well taken care of when the competing loan officer I was speaking to said he couldn't deny that I got a great deal. Highly recommended!
