Mary-Leigh Kendra made the experience great in her responsiveness and attention to our questions, and providing guidance in navigating the paperwork (we often received duplicate messages about completing paperwork that we had completed previously---which started to be pretty annoying) and she always did so with a positive attitude and pleasant voice.

Bob and his team were so wonderfully supportive during this process. I was a first time homebuyer on my own, so I needed some hand holding. Bob was patient and answered all my questions. You can even access many explanation videos. Mary- Leigh was my processor and amazing. I always felt she was in my corner.
