Robert Veech is the director of FHA Lending with NJ Lenders, a regional mortgage banking firm headquartered in Little Falls, NJ. Robert specializes in FHA 203K renovation loans, loans that allow for a one-time close to obtain funds for both the purchase and renovation of 1-4 family or mixed- use properties.
Robert is a Direct Endorsed mortgage underwriter with the FHA, and he has obtained his Certified Mortgage Banker Designation, the industry standard of professional success in the industry. This designation symbolizes respect, credibility, ethics, and achievement within the real-estate finance industry. He has spoken at numerous industry related conferences and taught at the School of Mortgage Banking.
In addition, Robert holds undergraduate degrees in management and marketing, as well as an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. In his free time, Robert coaches youth baseball in Boonton Township/Mountain Lakes.
