Loan transaction was worth free on the party of NJ Lenders. It was easy to communicate with everyone on the team. Having an app to check notifications and upload docs is very helpful and especially the e-signature feature.

The use of the portal made the process much easier and straightforward. Bob was also very helpful and prompt with his responses to inquiries. Lisa was very professional in the handling of the paperwork. My only request is for Lisa to be available for phone inquiries, not just through email.
